The Medical Protection Society Limited (MPS) is signed up to the Medical Defence Organisation (MDO) Voluntary Code of Practice for UK based medical defence organisations.

The MDO Code of Practice was developed by the main medical defence organisations in conjunction with the UK government. It has been in effect since 6 January 2025.
